Au Canada, le Conseil national de l\u2019infrastructure (CNI) a pour mission de mettre en \u0153uvre des programmes qui orientent les politiques et les proc\u00e9dures favorisant l\u2019adoption de normes, gr\u00e2ce au partage ouvert de donn\u00e9es et de ressources.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lors d\u2019\u00e9changes avec divers minist\u00e8res et organismes f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, nous avons discut\u00e9 de leurs projets novateurs en cours appuyant l\u2019adoption des normes BIM et openBIM au sein du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Ces intervenants ont notamment exprim\u00e9 le souhait de participer \u00e0 un programme national collaboratif de BIM, mobilisant tous les ordres de gouvernement, l\u2019industrie et le milieu universitaire autour de projets concrets li\u00e9s au BIM.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Les gouvernements provinciaux ont \u00e9galement manifest\u00e9 leur int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 prendre part \u00e0 un programme national collaboratif de BIM. De m\u00eame, puisqu\u2019ils collaborent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec les autres ordres de gouvernement et les communaut\u00e9s autochtones, un programme national ax\u00e9 sur des projets concrets de BIM, favorisant le partage d\u2019information et d\u2019expertise, a particuli\u00e8rement retenu leur attention.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des municipalit\u00e9s pour le BIM est particuli\u00e8rement ax\u00e9 sur les applications du BIM pour les infrastructures lin\u00e9aires et l\u2019innovation connexe. Par ailleurs, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la d\u00e9livrance des permis et des approbations au moyen des outils BIM suscite un engouement marqu\u00e9. Une approche par projet \u2014 visant \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les cas d\u2019usage et les flux de travail du BIM \u00e0 partir de projets concrets con\u00e7us et pilot\u00e9s par les municipalit\u00e9s et leurs partenaires \u2014 a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement souhaitable.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Lors des \u00e9changes avec les communaut\u00e9s autochtones, celles-ci ont reconnu la grande valeur ajout\u00e9e de la technologie BIM. Alors que pr\u00e8s de 90 % des infrastructures municipales rel\u00e8vent d'actifs d\u00e9j\u00e0 construits, la majorit\u00e9 des chantiers au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s concernent des constructions neuves, pour lesquelles les innovations BIM existantes repr\u00e9sentent un atout direct. De plus, ces communaut\u00e9s doivent se conformer tant aux r\u00e9glementations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales que provinciales; les normes et la gouvernance associ\u00e9es au BIM pourraient ainsi leur apporter un soutien pr\u00e9cieux.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

L\u2019industrie reconna\u00eet pleinement l\u2019importance et l\u2019avenir du BIM. La mise sur pied d\u2019une collaboration nationale sur le BIM mobilisant des partenaires de tous les milieux autour de projets concrets \u2014 appel\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement document\u00e9s, publi\u00e9s et rendus accessibles \u2014 suscite un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur collaborent actuellement de mani\u00e8re autonome avec les groupes mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus.
